In this committee, the bureaucratic mess that the Japanese government has made will serve as the prior challange. Members will write bills, issue orders, and navigate through the Japanese Empire’s struggles. The Japanese Empire was drowning under its bureaucracy and ambitions in 1939 while some of the most influential Japanese men of the century were rising to power. The political situation were qucikly shifting towards the ambitions of the powerful aristocrats of the Empire under heavy propaganda and suppression of free speech. The government and the military shut down the idea of individuality and built a rule of “every man for the state,” under the name of Emperor Showa.
