Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) is one of the world’s leading multinational banking groups, which operates across Europe, the Americas and furthermore, with the focus on green technology and sustainable finance. As a major global banking group, BBVA plays a critical role in shaping investment trends and influencing the transition toward a more sustainable economy worldwide.  

Organizational Crisis Committee (OCC), simulating BBVA’s executive team and board of directors during a time period of strategic problems and high staked decision-making of crises. Members will act as executives responsible for navigating internal and external crises that directly affect the bank’s vision and market position.

Within this structure, the committee will focus on innovation and investment in green energy. Members will respond to evolving crises while deciding how BBVA should invest in renewable energy and maintain profitability in a rapidly changing environment.
